How does it work?
Windelligence developes its projects under ‘ready to build’ status, ensuring legally valid and binding building permits have been received, bankable wind measurements have been conducted and all land rights, usufruct agreements and the grid connection have been secured.
Contract and sales
Depending on the project (size), the actual market situation and the interest of the potential investor Windelligence can include the PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) and BRP- (Balancing Responsible Party) service agreement in the scope as well as senior- and junior debt financing.
Execution
Also a partnership with the investor is an option for us, jointly working on the realization of the project from the moment we have completed the development until either FC (financial close) or until COD (Commercial Operation Date).
